• Electrical&instrumentation field ൽ 4 വർഷത്തെ supervisory role എക്സ്പീരിയൻസ് ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം
• Petrochemical industry/oil&Gas construction മേഖലയിൽ 12 വർഷത്തെ എക്സ്പീരിയൻസ് ഉണ്ടാകണം
• Power engineering stations ൽ electrical systems ന്റെ installation എക്സ്പീരിയൻസ് ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം
• BS7671, OES4 BEd 3.1 എന്നിവയിൽ വർക്ക്‌ ചെയ്ത് അറിവുണ്ടായിരിക്കണം
