AISATS is a 50:50 joint venture between Air India Limited, and SATS Limited, a leading gateway services and food solutions provider in Asia. As part of the Indian Government's initiative to upgrade its airports to world-class facilities and attract more airlines to fly into India, AISATS was formed with the vision to provide world-class airport services in ground and cargo handling that exceed customers’ expectations.
1. Customer Service Agent
Qualification
- Any Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent communication skills
- Qualification in Aviation/Experience would be an added advantage.

2. Finance Service Coordinator
Qualification
- B.com graduate with 5-10 years’ experience
- M Com/ MBA (Finance) with at least 4 years’ experience
- Knowledge of accounting practices and experience in ERP would be preferred.
- Exposure in Aviation industry would be an additional advantage
- Should be proficient in SAP and MS Excel.
