Requirements
- Minimum 1 -2 years of Total work experience
- High School: 12 years of schooling /or less
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Ability to work long hours as needed

Requirements
- Three years of painting experience
- Be able to speak and understand English
Responsibilities
- Repair cracks, defects, or damage to interior and exterior surfaces of buildings.
- Apply plaster, stucco, touch up, under and finish coats.
- Paint wooden surfaces oil paints or varnish.
- Prepare the required viscosity paints using appropriate materials diluted.
- Clean equipment, paint mixing area, and work area
- Cover surfaces with masking tape and paper to protect surfaces during painting.
- Erect scaffolding or set up ladders, to work above ground level.

3. Technicians
Requirements
- 2~3 Years’ experience of working in the same filed.
- Higher Secondary schooling.
- Spoken proficiency in English (Arabic will be added advantage).
- Presentable.

4. AC Mechanic
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Related work experience
- Academic qualification of diploma in Air conditioning and Refrigeration (2 years course) from a reputed educations institute.
- Vocational Training course from a recognized school/Institute
- Academic qualifications
- Training courses
- Knowledge of safety UAE regulations
- Knowledge of using of tools and equipment to perform necessary maintenance
- Preferred Bilingual, Spoken and written fair proficiency.
- Good communication skills
- Time Management skills
