Job Title : Senior HR Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Design and execute company policies and procedures that promote a healthy work environment.
- Developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and other issues.
- To manage all major functions in the HR Departments (Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Retention, Payroll processing etc.)
- To maintaining the SOP and set objectives (KRA & KPI) for the team members to track progress.
- Good exposure in HR managerial role possessing minimum 8 years in the Retail Industry (UAE).
- Having sufficient product knowledge and customer service skills to help customers with too advanced questions for the rest of the retail team.
- Managing employees, making sure they're on their best behavior, appropriately. representing the company, and maintaining a positive attitude.
- To resolve employee complex issues and address grievances.
- Inspiring the retail team with a positive attitude and enthusiasm and the candidate should be flexible to travel across the country based on requirements.

- UAE based Retail experience is mandatory
- Proficient in English (Verbal and written)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
Required Qualification
- MBA(HR)/PGDHRM/MHRM or Any post graduate with the HR background
- Experience: 8 to 10 Years of Retail experience in UAE mandatory (Preferably Keralites)
