Front Office Rovester, Rove Hotel
This function is to delight our Rovers at all stages and to maintain a consistently high standard of customer service throughout the shift. The person is the Brand Ambassador and representative of the Rove culture following the Blueprint and its values.
Role in Front Office - Service Residences (AFR)
Conduct all operational tasks in Front Office while living up to service standards and procedures. Prevent complaints and ensure adequate service recovery where needed. Pro-actively communicate with fellow Ambassadors, always with the Guest’s interests at heart.
