nr2 provides cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions, analytics and in-country know-how to identify high potential disruptive companies. The company was founded in early 2019, raised money (pre-seed capital) in mid 2019 and has offices in Chichester (United Kingdom), Beijing (China), Paris (France) and Seoul (South Korea).
We believe that investment in early stage companies, otherwise known as venture investment, is now close to undergoing a revolution of scale. We want to go beyond databases and matchmaking platforms, to build an infrastructure to uncover the hidden forces that shape early stage investments. We believe this infrastructure will make it possible to approach investments in start-ups in a much more structured manner.

Job Profile
You will join the team with an open mind and be willing to define the way you contribute. Your first day could be spent programming an improvement to our search engine, your second developing our social media marketing strategy, and your third researching start-up trends in South Korea.
Skills of particular interest are programming (Python, Angular), marketing, and design, but we are open to whatever skills you bring, as long as you bring excellence, intensity, and can demonstrate how you can make a difference. The successful candidate will be someone who is comfortable within an entrepreneurial environment and has the ability to balance multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment. We need someone who stands out, whose skillset can effect real change, and who is looking for more than a CV filler.
Skills and qualifications
- Strong ability in your area, be that marketing, programming, design, or anything else
- Willingness to challenge the people you work with
- Highly organised, confident and diligent, with excellent communication skills
- Have the ability to remain calm and maintain attention to detail in fast-changing situations
- Able to plan and prioritise work
- Strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Advanced communication skills (verbal, written, electronic)
- Multi-tasking ability and able to function under pressure and tight deadlines
- Comfortable working long hours
- Fluent English
Preferred Qualification
- Student or recent graduate with top academics
- Korean, Chinese, or French language skills
