The Google Cloud Training team develops and delivers Google Cloud Platform product and solution training to thousands of partners, customers, and Googlers, and has ambitious plans to grow both the range and reach of the trainings offered.
Your role will be to work in the learning communities team to reach developers around the world, supporting and collaborating with multiple regional and global teams, and ultimately empowering people to grow their skills and succeed in their careers.
Responsibilities
- Help develop and execute a variety of campaigns. Launch, maintain, and expand on successful go-to-market tactics including videos, industry research collateral, blogs, and user testimonials.
- Collaborate with team members to develop ongoing strategy, including audience definition, success metrics and channel strategy.
- Promote new/updated launches from around the Google Cloud Platform training team, and ensure current and new offerings are positioned effectively in the community.
- Understand and propose ongoing changes/refinement of user base segmentation (e.g., user needs, value, demographics, adoption and engagement) and strategies.
- Work with training, engineering, go-to-market, sales, marketing, and other teams to identify the most helpful way(s) to reach and engage users, at scale.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in marketing, running media campaigns across digital and physical channels, measuring returns on investment and hypothesis based testing
- Experience leading consumer facing programs, communities, brands that engage users affinity and/or engagement to digital products.
Preferred qualifications
- Proven track record of driving change and managing complex cross-functional, multi-market programs in multicultural environments
