Job Role : Transaction Analyst - Trainee (Voice Process)
Responsibilities
- Processing orders received from Australian customers on a daily basis in voice, email, Fax, and SMS formats.
- Documentation of the orders processed, Communicating with the team, and the clients on a daily basis to manage the day to day tasks.
- Meeting targets consistently.
Requirements
- Must-Have Computer proficiency, Typing speed (40 words P.M)
- Listening skill.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Team player, ready to work in early morning shifts (Starting from 4:30 am IST).
- Ready to work on weekends, Ready to work on Weekends and Public holidays, Ready to work on regional holidays.
Qualification
Any graduation
