Job Description
- Principal Accountabilities Accountability Supporting Actions Creative Execution (Brand)
- Co-ordination & briefing vendors for execution of brand and communication campaigns on social + website + internal communication
- Execution of communication as per ad-hoc requirements from other teams.
- Co-ordination with media agency for management of spends to boost social campaigns/communication
- Ensuring creatives are adhering to basic hygiene and brand guidelines
- Co-ordination with compliance team for creative approvals
- SEBI filing of creatives and uploading creatives on LCMS portal
Vendor Management + Invoicing
- Managing flow of billing process and ensuring timely payments
- Managing flow of monthly invoices and accruals and maintaining trackers on backend
- Ensuring approvals on higher amounts for creative tasks before commencing the jobs
- Ensuring timely renewal & management of vendor agreements
ORM (Social Listening + Social Response)
- Ensuring timely social listening reports for content performance analysis and competitor benchmarking
- Handling, resolving and responding to customer queries/grievances on social channels
Blog & website content management
- Managing fresh quality content and specific SEO-driven content published on blog and partner portal blog
- Refurbish existing blogs content for social communication
- Ensuring execution of ad-hoc requirements to revamp communication of digital assets
- Ensure brand consistency in hygiene & tonality of content on website and
