Zyxware Technologies Private Limited, are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing manager who comes with a strong marketing background and has experience in running digital marketing campaigns, specifically email marketing campaigns, banner advertisement campaigns, social media campaigns and also PPC campaigns.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop plans for customer acquisition and customer engagement across digital - SEO, Paid Search, Affiliates, Email/CRM, Online Display, Social.
- Responsible for developing strategies and tactics to generate leads from different online & offline marketing channels.
- Translate strategy into plans, positioning and go-to market strategies
- Develop best practices and define KPIs for managing marketing success
- Proactively identify opportunities and create new marketing partnerships
- Develop and execute a comprehensive account plan, evaluate benefits of association with prospects
- Brainstorm and idea creative marketing ideas to increase product adoption & awareness
- Planning and rolling out marketing campaigns to effectively reach target audience
- Establish best practices in digital marketing and stay up-to-date with digital technologies and developments
- Generate and analyze campaign reports, followed by suggesting solutions to boost sales and partners
- Generate monthly reports on our marketing campaign's performance
- Develop, evaluate and oversee the implementation of A/B testing protocols and procedures
- Communicate with Senior Management about the results
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of operational experience in digital marketing (online, offline channels) with an toal experience of 9+ years.
- Passion for storytelling that leads to creating and defining authentic messages for diverse audiences
- Solid understanding of direct-response and performance marketing. Familiarity with performance tracking and measurement
- Immaculate communication skills and can deliver the most effective targeted pitches
- Sharp business acumen and a penchant for marketing internet products
- You should be highly numerate and believe in measuring and analyzing everything you possibly can
- An ability to complete large volumes of work quickly and independently with a high level of drive, initiative, and self-motivation
- Should be dynamic with strategy formulation and acceptance of idea with logical reasoning
- Have an ability to complete large volumes of work quickly and independently with a high level of drive, initiative and self-motivation.
- Should possess good presentation skills
- Tier 1 MBA in Marketing.
- Should be solid & have strong knowledge with SEM tools, Keyword Planners, Web Analytics
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools and ad serving tools
- Strong in Google Analytics, responsible for creating digital marketing campaigns MIS
- Experience in executing the campaigns from Scratch & should be an executor with thought leadership
- Proven ability to influence and negotiate with external and Internal partners
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
