Amazon are looking for an Program Associate who will lead programs to help sellers launch on FBA through self serve.
key responsibilities
- Partnering with multiple teams ( Product, Program, BI, Sales ) to deliver on key projects
- You will be responsible for working closely with sellers, sales, Product & Program teams to identify problems faced by sellers in registering on FBA
- Solve for the same You will also partner with multiple to improve the seller and customer experience on the Amazon platform.
Role and Responsibilities
- Monitor operations performance and work with other teams to address performance issues and ensure metrics are within goals.
- Drive key projects and Work with operational teams to drive seller launches
- Monitor and drive seller impacting operational tickets to resolution
- Gather and analyze seller contacts and seller feedback to come up with seller experience improvement suggestions and work with Product Manager for solution
- Develop dashboards to simplify operations
Basic Qualifications
- Pursuing Masters in Business administration.
- Work experience is preferred (2 - 4 years).
- Proof that you are capable of both high-level strategic thinking and detailed execution
- Consistent track record of taking ownership and driving results
- Strong analytical skills
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Success at influencing others and a strong team player
- Comfortable with "hands-on" management of tasks, and proven ability to manage multiple, contending priorities simultaneously
- Have an absolute passion for ensuring a great customer/seller experience
Preferred Qualification
- Work experience is preferred (2 - 4 years).
- Excel and SQL Skills
