Job role : Program Manager
Roles and Responsibility
- You will be responsible to manage a team of Biz Ops Research Analysts or Subject Matter Experts and launch Enrichment Programs in different marketplaces.
- This will involve working with different teams internally by designing a detailed process flow, identify impacting variables that lead to drop offs or factors that influence catalog, convert them into logics, identify different DW tables that source all system level information
- Build a detailed drop off funnel or solution to source details in scalable way, identify root causes and define scalable corrective and preventive solutions.
- Work closely with internal product and project teams to design scalable and auto-resolution solution.
- Stakeholder Management (Category and Tech teams) - Conduct weekly performance meetings with stakeholders to develop and ensure adherence to action plans that meet business objectives and to facilitate monthly round tables for owner feedback
- Participates and provides adequate support in business reviews with mid-level and senior stakeholders
- People Management (leadership role, Category Lead, team management, floor control and retention)
- Metrics Management, Analyzing Trend.
- Formulate, Implement, Track career path & Individual Development Plans of each member in the Team
Key Performance Areas
- Manage Operations: Own business goal(s) & define metrics aligned to goal(s); Establish process for tracking metrics; Drive projects; Proactively identify risks/gaps and define mitigation plans
- Planning and Forecasting : Foresee capacity issues to prevent escalations with little support/intervention from manager
- Quality and Process Excellence : Deep dive & identify root cause of defects/issues; define SOPs / process changes that impact quality and drive to closure
- Building solutions - Automation based process improvement solution adopted across teams; Work with program / tech based process to define requirements.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in program or project management
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 3+ years experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Qualification & Experience
- Full time MBA with over 6+ years of experience of which a minimum 3 + years in managing people and interacting with customer/stake holders
- Master Black Belt with capabilities in deconstructing processes and metrics, to identify areas of opportunity and lead the development and implementation of new processes
- Project Management experience -experience defining projects, collecting requirements, designing process solutions, writing detailed functional specifications, coordinating efforts to scope, schedule, and deploy solutions and communicating results throughout the organization
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL, Tableau or other analytics frameworks. Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills and ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.
- Mentor and guide Quality lead/Process Expert to manage quality, improve process efficiency and minimize variation, conceptualize, design and deliver trainings to the team
- Excellent oral, written, interpersonal communication skills and a high bar for accuracy and detail.
- Ability to clearly communicate data insights to others
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary to get things done; owner mentality
- (If required only) 24/7/365 availability, including willingness to work on weekends, and outside of the "standard" work day
- To receive security clearance all candidates must undergo a background check
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical Background preferred – Python, Selenium and VBA
- Strong influencing skills and negotiation skills
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince
- Exceptional judgment and decision-making abilities
- Solution oriented, analytical approach to problems
