Read the following before Entering through the above link

1. The application is open from 02 September 2020 to 05 October, 2020 5PM IST.
2. You should take the Printout of the successfully submitted online application form.
3. Sign the Document
4. Attached Self Attested documents which are mandatory
5. Attach Photo
6. Send these documents as a single post to CSIR-IITR and must reach the institute on or before 21 October, 2020 5PM.

Application Fees

Candidates are required to pay application fee of Rs. 100/- as per “Fee payment procedure” available on the 6 website. Printed copy of e-receipt of the same must be enclosed with the application.

The candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwD/Women/Regular CSIR Employees/Abroad candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.

Fee once paid will not be refunded on any account nor can it be held in reserve for any other recruitment of selection process.

Documents:

Candidate is required to upload his/her recent passport size scanned colour photograph, signature each (max size 50 KB) and also relevant certificates at the specified places in the online application.

Candidates should keep a copy of the application print out and payment details, if any, for their record

Applying for more than one post

A candidate can apply for multiple post codes subject to fulfilling all eligibility conditions attached to each individual post code. However, candidate needs to fill the application (except primary/registration details) with the requisite application fee separately for each post code.

Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate application form for each post indicating the Code No. of the post.

Sending Address

The print-out of the application, generated after online submission, duly accompanied by self-attested copies of the requisite certificates, mark sheets, age proof, education qualifications, experience, re-prints of publications and caste certificate, if applicable, along with one recent coloured passport size self-signed photograph affixed on the online generated application form should be sent in an envelope super-scribed

“APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF (Post Code )” 

by speed/Registered post only so as to reach on or before 21.10.2020 up to 5:00 p.m. to 

“Director, CSIR-Indian Institute of Toxicology Research, Vishvigyan Bhawan, 31, Mahatma Gandhi Marg, Post Bag No. 80, Lucknow-226001”.

• Candidates applying for more than one post must submit each application in separate envelope for each post indicating the Code No. of the post.
• Applications from Employees of Govt. Departments will be considered only if forwarded through proper channel along with vigilance clearance certificate certified by their employer that the applicant will be relieved within one month of the receipt of the appointment orders, if selected. However, advance copy of the application may be submitted before the closing date. Application routed through proper channel should reach CSIR-IITR, Lucknow within 15 days from the last date prescribed for receipt of Application otherwise online application will be rejected. NOC must be submitted at the time of Trade test/ Written Test.
• Candidates should specifically note that the applications received after the closing date for any reason whatsoever (such as envelopes wrongly addressed, delivered elsewhere, postal delay etc.) will not be entertained by CSIR-IITR, Lucknow
• Incomplete applications (i.e. without photograph, unsigned and applicable testimonials etc.) will not be entertained and will be summarily rejected.

What documents must be send to the institute after applying online?

1. Printout of Online Application Form duly signed by the candidate along with following documents must be sent by Speed Post/Registered post only:
2. Proof for remittance of application fee paid through SBI collect (E- Receipt/Transaction reference), wherever applicable
3. One recent Passport size Coloured Photograph (same as uploaded with the online application form) to be pasted on the application form and signed across in full.
4. Self Attested photocopy of 10th/12th certificate /Mark sheet indicating Date of Birth Certificate
5. Self Attested photocopy of 12th certificate / Mark sheet 
6. Self Attested photocopies of higher educational qualifications certificates as well as Marksheets. 
7. Professional Qualification certificate and Mark sheet 
8. Self Attested photocopy of caste certificate (OBC/EWS/SC/ST Wherever applicable) in the format prescribed by GOI
9. Certificate related to physically handicap (wherever applicable) in the prescribed format. 
10. Self Attested photocopies of experience certificates, as required. 
11. All other supportive documents in support of the eligibility for application, if any. 
12. CGPA to percentage conversion certificate of the Board / university/Institute if any. 
13. No objection certificate wherever applicable.
