About KLIP
KLIP is a Subsidiary company of KSIDC, Govt. of Kerala. The Company has been formed for implementing the Life Sciences Park Project at Thonnackal, Thiruvananthapuram. The main objective of the Life Sciences Park is to establish state-of-the-art scientific infrastructure facilities such as incubators, bio processing facility, dry & wet laboratory spaces with all support industrial infrastructure within the park, so as to promote R&D.

- 5 years’ experience in accounting, preparing and analysing financial statements like Cash flow, Balance sheet and Profit and Loss Account, submitting tax returns etc.
- Knowledge in tally is preferred

4. Legal Officer

- 5-year LLB
- 3 years’ experience as a Legal Officer dealing with land acquisition matters, coordination with Advocates in conducting legal cases, attending to high court/supreme court cases.

- B. Tech Civil/Mechanical with MBA
- 20 years with a minimum of 5 years’ experience at a senior management level in executing large scale infrastructure projects/industrial parks.
