About FDDI

Footwear Design & Development Institute (FDDI) is an “Institution of National Importance” under the aegis of Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India. Since its inception FDDI is playing an important role in imparting education, facilitating the Indian Industries by bridging the gap in the areas of Footwear, Leather Accessory & lifestyle products

1. Junior Faculty

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in any field with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university/Institute and 
• Diploma (of minimum 1 year duration) in Footwear Design and manufacturing or production/Footwear Technology
• At least 3 years of work experience

2. Faculty

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in any field with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university/Institute
• Diploma (of minimum 1 year duration) in Footwear Design and manufacturing or production/Footwear Technology
• At least 7 years of work experience

3. Senior Faculty grade I

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in any field with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university/Institute
• Diploma (of minimum 1 year duration) in Footwear Design and manufacturing or production/Footwear Technology
• At least 10 years of work experience

4. Senior Faculty grade II

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in any field with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university/Institute
• Diploma (of minimum 1 year duration) in Footwear Design and manufacturing or production/Footwear Technology
• At least 15 years of work experience

5. Lab Assistant

Qualification

• 8th / 10th pass
• Experience in relevant field

6. Junior Office Executive

Qualification

• 10+2 pass with minimum 55% marks from a recognized Institute/Board
• Experience in the working in clerical profile
• Working knowledge of MS Office and Computers

7. Assistant Manager

Qualification

• Graduate with minimum 55% marks from a recognized University/Institute
• MBA/PGDM(of at least 2 year duration) preferred
