About CSIR-NEERI

National Environmental Engineering Research Institute (NEERI), Nagpur is a constituent of Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR), New Delhi and has a nation-wide presence with its five zonal laboratories at Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Mumbai. CSIR-NEERI has initiated various R&D activities under 12th Five Year Plan for effective environmental monitoring in the country

1. Scientific Administrative Assistant

Vacancies : 01

Qualification

• B.Sc. (with mathematics) / B.Com. (Accountancy/Accounting/Finance)
• Computer proficiency, knowledge of MS Word, MS excel and power point. 

2. Project Assistant

Vacancies : 01

Qualification

• B.Sc. (with mathematics) / 3-year Diploma in Engineering and Technology

3. Project Associate -I

Vacancies : 02

Qualification

• M.Sc. /B.E./ B.Tech

4. Project Associate -II

Vacancies : 02

Qualification

• M.Sc./ B.E./B.Tech. (Environmental Engineering) 
• Minimum 2-year experience 

5. Senior Project Associate

Vacancies : 01

Qualification

• M.Sc. (Environmental Science/Chemistry/Atmospheric Science/Remote Sensing and GIS) from a recognized University or equivalent 
• Minimum 4-year experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic Institutions

6. Principal Project Associate

Vacancies : 01

Qualification

• M.Sc. from a recognized University / PhD
• Minimum 8-year experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic Institutions

Walk In Interview

All eligible and interested candidates may attend a walk-in (in person) interview before the Selection Committee to be held at 

Kolkata Zonal Centre of CSIR-National Environmental Engineering Research Institute (CSIR-NEERI), i-8, Sector- ‘C’, 

EKADP, EM Bypass, Kolkata-700107.

Candidates should appear with application form and hard copy of detailed Biodata (signed) along with original and one copy of all certificates of educational qualification and experience.
