- Validate invoices are of prescribed format complying with country’s legal requirements.
- Clear the exceptions related to invoices based on ERP validation.
- If applicable, match the invoice to supporting documents such as a purchase order, a goods receipt document or a contract.
- Analyze any deviations and approve.
- Complete final review and post to the ERP.
