Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Metallurgy/Mechanical/Industrial or any other relevant)
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in Carbon area of a primary smelter
- 3-5 years of supervision experience
- Communication and Presentation Skills
- Statistical analysis and tools
- Must be experienced in managing relationships

2. Sustainability Engineer
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree within environment science, engineering, environmental management or related subject
- 7-9 years of experience in environment and sustainability within metal or other relevant industry. Excellent track record of developing and implementing effective sustainability strategies
- Strong knowledge of ASI Performance standard
- Knowledge policy management, Climate Change Risk, Biodiversity, Transparency & Disclosure.

3. Electrical Technician
Requirements
- Relevant Technical/Trade Qualification.
- 4-6 years Maintenance Aluminium experience, with particular expertise in the field of electrical maintenance
- Computer literacy
- Knowledge in SAP
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as team leader for contract technicians.
