1. Deputy Manager

- Regular Engineering Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/ Civil/ Electronics & Communication/Instrumentation stream
- Minimum 60% marks (aggregate of all semesters/years)
Experience
- Minimum 7 Years of Working in Operations/ Maintenance/ Projects or similar technical departments.

2. Senior Engineer

Qualification
- 4-years full time B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc.
- Regular Engineering Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/ Civil/ Electronics & Communication/Instrumentation stream

Selection Process
On the basis of the application for the post of Engineer/Sr. Engineer/Dy. Manager, the candidates will be shortlisted for further selection process for assessment of different facets such as knowledge, skills, attitude, competencies etc. Selection will be based on relevant experience and Personal Interview (PI).
Personal Interview (PI) may be conducted in person or through video conferencing/ online mode and decision of IHBL would be final in this regard.
