1. Finance Supervisor
Requirements
- Finance & Insurance.Accounts : 5+ Years
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) : Degree in Finance related
- Accounting knowledge preferably from an airline background.
- High level of computer literacy and good knowledge of office automation software like Word, Excel, MS Access and Powerpoint
- Good analytical and investigative skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with various stakeholders across the business.

2. Manpower Optimisation Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business administration, industrial engineering or similar discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in business planning, aviation or ground handling operations, HR strategy or similar.
- At least 2 years' experience in resource management, manpower planning or similar discipline.
- Implementation of resource management systems within a large organisation is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to listen, advise, counsel, influence and negotiate at all levels
- Advanced Planning and Organising Skills

Requirements
- Marketing & Media Communication.Other : 3+ Years
- 2 years of experience in a product development research setting
- Previous experience driving research programs that have had a lasting impact on product and design decisions
- Previous experience conducting research in multiple regions and working on products with global impact
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively, both verbally and in writing

4. Culture and Employee Experience Lead
Requirements
- Degree or Honours
- Minimum Bachelor level qualification in a related field, preferably within Organisational Psychology or equivalent Masters level qualification would be an asset
- 8+ years progressive experience in a culture change or employee engagement role
- Strong people analytics capability and behavioural science would be an advantage
- Deep technical knowledge of employee engagement and cultural change
