Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Transfer data from paper formats into computer files.

- Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Update existing data.
2. Billing Coordinator(USA)
Requirements
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook
- Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
- SOX and Deltek experience a plus
- One to five years of invoicing experience time.
- Customer service oriented
- Degree in Accounting or related field a plus
Responsibilities
- Enter accounting transactions daily
- Enter Employee timesheet corrections
- Set up new Projects in accordance with contract terms
- Identify and locate missing contract information
- Provide accurate and timely invoicing in accordance with client contract
Payscale : $45,000 to $50,000 per year.
3. Site Support Analyst (USA)
Requirements
- Proven experience as IT Support Analyst
- Native language and proficient in English – verbal and written are must
- Skills in organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling workflow

- In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
- Knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.
Qualification
- Degree in Computer Science, engineering, or relevant field

PayScale : $65k - $70k
4. Architect (Riyadh)
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent.
- 8-10 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities
- Review the change requests /variations submitted by the Design Consultant(s).
- Review Tender Documents to ensure completeness before issuing to Bidders.
- Participate in the pre-qualification of the construction contractors’ list.
- Ensure the Design Consultant(s) incorporates the comments raised from previous stages.
5. Data Entry (Saudi Arabia)
Responsibilities
- Ensure documents are archived and properly located maintain confidentiality
- Maintain files of official Recorded documents;
- Administering records management programs.
- Classifying and indexing records.
Qualifications
- Diploma with a minimum of eight years experience in a Data Entry role.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
6. Project Engineer (Abu Dhabi)
Qualifications
- BSc degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or an equivalent.
- 10 years of experience in Construction Supervision of similar projects.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
- Experience on roads/higways/expressways is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Advise Planning Engineer and Construction Manager of any slippage of Progress.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.
7. Logistics Officer(Abu Dhabi)
Qualifications
- An analytic mind and good numerical skills.
- Excellent geographical knowledge.
- Extensive knowledge of the transportation industry.
- Good intuition to make crucial judgment calls.
Responsibilities
- Monitor company’s fleet of leased vehicles with IVMS.
- Provide reports to identify misuse of vehicles.
- Maintain master record of the fleet with all necessary information.
- Generate/provide various reports needed for management decision making.
- Coordinate with various end users and address concerns related to leased vehicles.
