- Implement and maintain AAB & TMC policies and guidelines
- Monitors daily revenue achievement, market share analysis

- Manage and develop the front line staffs in resolving customer complaints effectively

Job Description
- Pull out all denting areas using proper tools and equipment’s.
- Filling in the dented area with filler and executing the job successfully.
- Maintain and operate and use all equipment’s properly and safely
- Finishes work within flat rate time
- Do the job right first time all the time as per the Toyota standards
- Keep work area clean and tidy and free from unneeded items and maintain cleanliness of workplace.
