1. Back Office Executive
Responsibilities
- Contribute to monitoring of the end to end process
- Identify cases of process not being followed and follow-up with countries wherever required, under Team Leader guidance
- Ensure data integrity of CMX BV internal Document Management / Workflow tool
- Build defect analysis reports on a regular basis
- Provide answers to queries raised by countries and provide resolution to issues
- Ensure closure of cases pending with countries due to technical/tool issues.

2. Marine Surveyor
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Marine Engineering / Naval Architecture or Certificate of Competency 1.
- Minimum 12 years relevant working experience as full fledge Marine surveyor in a classification society; or 18 years working experience as seafaring foreign going engineer and/or Technical Superintendent.
- Possess a valid driving license
- PC Literate
- Able to travel at short notice and accept short to mid-term overseas assignments as required.

3. Trainee - Social Auditor
Responsibilities
- Ensure to adhere BV Code of Ethics
- Complete training as per defined plan within timeline of 3 to 6 months
- Conduct around 15 to 18 onsite audits per month
- Ensure to prepare audit report and submit within timeline
- Ensure to conduct audits as per BV and client protocol to eliminate client complaints
- Ensure to follow and execute all operational activities as per instruction from Manager.

4. Business Analyst
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the PowerBI projects in Pacific (maintenance, routine updates and new reports development)
- Liaise with IT on PowerBI and database maintenance and development
- Prepare and publish financial/management reports including key business KPIs to assess health of business
- The continued development of the Treasury reporting and forecast, KPI forecast, Budgeting and Forecasting processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

5. Technical Report Reviewer
Requirements
- Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline/B. Tech./Diploma in the field of apparel manufacturing / quality management.
- Ability to understand the results of inspections.
- Conversant with relevant inspection techniques
- Good command of English&comma both oral and written.
- Ability to read and interpret English documents such as inspection guidelines and operation manuals.
- Willing to work in rotating shifts (7.30am to 3.30pm / 3.30pm to 11.30pm)

6. Chemist- Instrumentation
Requirements
- M.Sc / M.Tech- Chemistry/ Organic Chemistry/ Bio Chemistry/Food Technology.
- Min 2 – 4 Years of experience in extraction of food and water sample.
- Worked in NABL, FSSAI and EIC accredited laboratory.
- Hands on experience on GCMSMS/LCMSMS preferred.
