1. Receptionist Supervisor
Monitoring check-in/check-out process and ensure the preparation is done. Checking all payments according to established hotel requirements. Delegating and monitoring group arrangements. Ensure the staffs knowledge of Hotel’s service, room rates, special packages & promotions. Handle staffs’ schedule and attendance record. Handle preparation for guest arrival. Monitoring room status and handling guest complaint.
2. Staff Canteen Supervisor
Supervision of all staff accommodation and facilities within the staff areas. Maintain the cleanliness and smooth running of the back of the house, ensure that all staffs rules have been properly applied.
3. Front Office Manager
To coordinate and oversee effectiveness of departments; Rooms & Guest Services, reservation, communication center, business center, guest services to provide the best services to the maximum of guests satisfaction with an objective to increase the profitability of the hotel. Maximize occupancy and average rate at all time. Closely coordinate room availability with the Director of Sales, Housekeeping and Engineering. Maintain a good relationship with travel agents and tour operators.
4. Reservation agent
Main duty is to make and process reservations through proactive selling techniques to achieve room sales and revenue. The tasks include taking and replying all reservations via telephone. Review the availability as per minimum required. Extend full cooperation within and between other departments and prepare information and documents for reports.
5. Carpenter
Responsible for maintaining municipal residences and buildings. This includes building items such as furniture and stairs, making repairs to the internal and external structure. You will be required to maintain the quality and standard of the resort facilities as well as the safety.
6. Chef de Party
Act as an extension of kitchen managers to communicate food consistency & quality. Daily check of all Mis-en-place to ensure freshness & quality standard. Assign and follow up tasks as dictated by business volumes. Promote and ensure proper health and safety at all time. Strive to maintain & improve all food preparations & presentations
7. Painter
Will be responsible for applying coats of paint, varnish, stain, enamel, or lacquer to decorate and protect interior or exterior surfaces, trimmings, and fixtures of buildings and other structures of the property
8. Mason
Performs skilled masonry work, building, altering and repairing brick, stone, tile or ceramic structures and surfaces. A Mason job function is to smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete, such as floors, walks, sidewalks, roads, or curbs using a variety of hand and power tools.
9. Call center Agent
Provide all communications both external and internal professionally and with the good level of language skills. Operate the hotel switchboard, incoming and outgoing faxes, hotels paging system. Records and transfers calls. Provide telephone services and information to guests. Provides all charges are allocated in accordance with the hotel credit policy.
10. Room Attendant
Responsible for the overall cleanliness of guest rooms and public area. Ensure that bed, bathroom, mini bar are in good condition and are ready for guest stay. Replenish bedroom & bathroom supplies. Check and report broken equipments to Housekeeping Service.
