Job role : Network Scaling Technician II
Responsibilities
- Operate closely with our Network Engineering & Network Technical Project Manager teams to assure speedy, seamless rollout of new designs and products
- Cooperate with different stakeholders to get rid of the project obstructions
- Troubleshoot networking, routing, and interconnectivity problems, including troubleshooting of network device configuration and low-level application interaction
- Troubleshooting cabling infrastructure connectivity problems, including patch panels and patch cords
Requirements
- Excellent analytical skills
- Knowledge or awareness of IT best practice frameworks (ITIL, COBIT)
- Familiarity with Ethernet and IP networking
- Familiarity with the utilization of IP protocols
- Effective prioritization and time management
Physical requirements
- The ability to sit in front of computer for entire scheduled 8-hour shift with appropriate breaks while maintaining a high level of alertness and attention to detail.
- Ability to move and lift computer equipment up to 50lbs.
