About the Program

Work Integrated Learning Program 2021 (WILP 2021) is a unique learning-integrated program that offers BCA and B.Sc. students a chance to build a career at Wipro, while pursuing their higher education in M.Tech from a premier educational institution in India. The program is sponsored by Wipro Limited.

Requirements

• Bachelor's of Science degree in either of the following fields: B.C.A (computer application), Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Technology, Electronics or Physics
• Year of Graduation: 2021
• Graduation: 60% or 6 C.G.P.A and above
• Core Mathematics as a subject of graduation (mandatory)
• No gaps allowed in graduation
• Candidates who participated in any selection process by Wipro in the last 3 months are not allowed

Stipend Details

1. 1st Year: INR 15,000 + INR 488 (ESI)
2. 2nd Year: INR 17,000 + INR 553 (ESI)
3. 3rd Year: INR 19,000 + INR 618 (ESI)
4. 4th Year: INR 23,000

Selection Procedure

• Online Assessment

1. Aptitude test 
2. Written Communication Test ( 20 minutes )

• Interview

1. Technical interview
2. HR interview
