4. Production Officer
Responsibilities
- Overall functioning of Production, packaging and stores department.
- Documentation of the process and QMS.
- Handling URS, qualification, validation and internal audit compliance.
- Preparation and revisions of Production SOP’s.
- Monitoring and coordinating with QA during manufacturing activities.
- Supervising of Production operators and workers.
- Production planning and manpower allocation.
Experience
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of pharmaceutical experience in relevant area.

5. Analytical Quality Assurance (Executive)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Review Specifications, STPs, method validation protocols and other QC documents
- Responsible for Investigation activities like laboratory Non-conformances, OOSs and OOT’s through SAP.
- Conduct regular QC rounds to check compliance as per GLP requirements. Ensure all the QC Equipment/Instruments are qualified and maintained as per the master schedule of calibration, periodic requalification and preventive maintenance.
- Monitoring Retention samples
- Find out the gaps and suggest CAPA to QC
- Conduct internal audit.. Review of Analytical reports as per requirements. Participate in change control, Deviation & Investigations as per .requirement. Preparation/review of documents like SOPs, Risk Assessment report and other reports asper the requirement.
