Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist clients to monitor all software implementation lifecycle and assist make appropriate customization to all software for clients.
- Installation, configuration and documentation for the upgrades/implementations
- Identify all issues in processes and provide solutions for same
- Perform various tests on process with help of test cases and prepare documents for the same.
- Coordinate with team to resolve all issues within required timeframe
- Prepare and maintain all technical and business documents and collaborate with clients and the team to provide support to all issues.
- Handoff and knowledge transfer of the ongoing operations support team
- Should be capable of handling domestic and International customers through verbal and non - verbal communication
Preferred Skills
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must have strong problem solving capabilities
- Willing to travel (after pandemic) and should be ready to work in flexible timings based on the customer need.
- Understanding of the database concepts and software lifecycle
- Should have technical skills to strategize improvements on the system’s infrastructure for optimization
- Must have positive attitude and interests in learning and working smart
- Teamwork ability to lead teams or work on a team
- Excellent experience in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint
