Job Description
- Ability to contribute in multiple areas such as Business Analysis, Pre-sales support, Domain asset creation and Market analysis.
- Ability to understand customer’s business and translate customer’s pain points into prioritize business requirements and establish acceptance criteria.
- Experience in requirements gathering and elicitation in both traditional methodologies [waterfall, iterative] and agile methodologies, conducting workshops with business, creation of functional architecture and experience in defining and creating use cases, user stories and wire frames
- Define and standardize requirements process for the organization and help induct trainee BA’s into the organization
- Ability to liaise with internal stakeholders [Project managers, delivery managers, architects], extract and build domain knowledge

Responsibilities
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

4. Tech Lead ML/AI
Job Responsibilities
- Ability to design solutions based on machine learning models to solve complex business requirements of our customers.
- Lead designing, training, testing and deploying Machine Learning models for our global customer engagements.
- Work closely with the architecture team for create Machine Learning roadmap and support Machine Learning R&D.
- Improve accuracy and scalability of our customer ML models using advanced feature engineering and modelling methods
- Mentor team to improve their ML model design and development capabilities.

Requirements

- Create surveys for research through various media platforms to gather feedback on user's ease of use and satisfaction interfacing on company websites and products
