GoodBits Tech Pvt Ltd is looking for someone in Business Analyst role who can work in close conjunction with the PM, Development and Testing teams.
The main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting requirements and processes in a structured manner, and performing user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users, as well as explain user requirements in a technical manner for the development team. We’re looking for enthusiastic self learners who are always ready to take on challenges head on.

Business Analyst Responsibilities
- Performing requirements analysis
- Documenting the requirements in various formats as based on changing requirements
- Working closely with clients, developers, and management team
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
- Performing user acceptance testing
Business Analyst Requirements
- 1.5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field
- Experience working in agile methodology (SCRUM)
- Excellent documentation and oral/written communication skills
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Experience creating UML Diagrams
- Competency in using wire-framing and prototyping tools
- Competence in using PM tools such as Jira/ Redmine/ Taiga
