Job Role : Trainee Associate -UK Shift

This is a shared services role , supporting our UK and Ireland customers with their payroll.
Roles and Responsibilities
- To provide an effective and efficient payroll service to customers, ensuring the accurate and timely payment of their employees salaries.
- Respond to requests, queries and complaints from external customers in a friendly and efficient manner so as to enhance customer loyalty.
Requirements
- Btech/MCA freshers are not eligible to apply
- Willing to work in UK shifts - Shift Time- 1 pm to 10 pm & 2 pm to 11 pm-(Cabs provided)
- Should possess excellent communication skills
- Ready to work in voice process
- Degree Certificate or provisional certificate is mandatory- (Degree result awaiting candidates are not eligible)
