Experience level
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Recruitment
- Previous experience in software companies is required
Requirements
- Experience in technical recruitment activities, screening, candidate follow, scheduling interviews and selection
- Drive employee engagement in the company, by organising online events and other means
- Able to Source profiles from multiple channels
- Have a metrics driven approach for recruitment and other HR activities
- Keep track of employee appraisal cycles and drive it to closure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills is a must
- People oriented and results driven

- Digitally savvy, using online channels to connect to potential recruits
