American Income Life Insurance are searching for highly motivated Support Specialists. The right candidate will have a friendly, positive and engaging attitude and somebody willing to learn and grow. The Support Specialist will be the key liaison between our clients and our company, our representatives are the face and the backbone of our organization. Ideal candidates must be dependable, hard-working, able to multitask and effectively improvise in order to take care of all our clients' needs!
We work with more than 20,000+ organizations nationwide and currently have more than 2 million clients globally. Meetings with clients are done using Zoom and Cicso WebEx and currently we have a focus on working with clients in Colorado, Kansas, Texas, and Missouri!
Qualifications
- 1+ year customer service experience
- High School Diploma and/or GED
- Ability to maintain client relationships
- Professional customer service demeanor
- Solution focused with strong time management skills
