Job role : GRAPHIC DESIGNER - TEAM LEAD
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the graphic designing team.
- Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery.
- Design original pieces, including illustrations, websites, and logos.
- Review junior designers’ work to ensure high quality.
- Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software.
- Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise services.
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects.
- Coordinate with respective team members to ensure deadlines are met.
- Incorporate changes recommended by the clients into the final design.
Qualification / Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
- Proven graphic designing experience- minimum of 4 years' experience.
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
- Excellent creative and innovative skills.
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop).
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Well versed to work within a team and professional in approach.
