Responsibilities
- Analyse functional requirement, design specifications & create test plans & test case
- Perform testing on various tools and create reports.
- Validate that user expectations are achieved during the testing process.
- Review user requirements documents to ensure that requirements are testable.
- Manage and assist new launches & roll outs
- Ensure all new updates are cascaded to CS team and other stakeholders
- Conducting dip checks to understand if process designed is practised
- Assist in process documentation and roll out’s
- Assist in raising requirement for CRM enhancements & tech coordination
- Microsoft Office: Functional knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Key Skills

- Broad understanding of e-commerce
- Ability to articulate the process or the functioning of the feature.
Education
- UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
