Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for new potential customers at NeedStreet
- Identify new opportunities and engage prospective customers using multiple channels: phone, email, social media
- Qualify leads and advances them to the next step in the sales cycle.
- Meet your monthly targets for qualified demos and appointments.
- Keep all prospects warm and ensure no meeting gets missed.
- Actively look for opportunities to improve and optimize our sales processes.
- Log, track, maintain, report outbound and inbound activities.
- Stay up-to-date with new features, new pricing & payment plans.

- 1-2 years of work experience in sales development/lead generation in a Software company

2. Sales Executive
Job Description
- Identify leads, meet customers and exceed sales targets
- Reach customers, explain about the company, sell the services and successfully create a new business
- Build and establish long-term relationship with customers
- Close new business deals by applying all sales procedures identified internally
- Work with responsible team to prepare proposals that includes the client’s needs and objectives.
- Conduct sales presentations if necessary

Job Description
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound leads follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Understand the customer requirement thoroughly and pitch the LearningTurf platform product accordingly.
- Plan and execute strategy to achieve revenue targets for the Online LearningTurf platform to educational institutions
- Manage Pipeline for consistent growth
- Develop & Customize Proposals, Visit Institutes (when required) and close accounts
- Identify partnership opportunities for revenue growth
- Create and present monthly progress reports
Experience
- 2-4 years in Educational Sales/Marketing, Business to Consumer (B2C) sales/B2B Sales experience is preferable.
- Awareness of the subjects taught from classes 5 to 12 across various boards/curriculums.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of the challenges students face in schools/coaching classes.
