Toppr is looking for Online Live Teachers and Sr. Teachers in its Knowledge Team. As a Online Teaching professional, you’ll deliver high quality online fun filled and interesting live classes and self-learning materials in various formats such as concept notes, assessments, tests & practice questions etc. You’ll play a key role in bringing innovation and creativity in approach to make learning and teaching simple.
In First Week…
- Understand Toppr’s journey, its values and mission.
- Spend time with the Knowledge, Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to get up-to-speed on Toppr’s offering, its competition, and future outlook.
By Day 30…
- Help building Toppr’s knowledge strategy. Work with the team to build short term and long term roadmaps.
- Learn from students’ feedback, and create new or improve existing content to fulfill their learning needs.
- Deliver excellent and highly engaging live classes to millions of students.
- Work with the team in R&D and experimentation for better classes.
By Day 90…
- Dig deeper and pick a project that matters to Toppr and its success. Watch your work make an impact beyond your domain.
- Define metrics and analyze data to measure engagement levels and performance of students on the content.
- Nurture your team to move to the next level.
QUALIFICATIONS
- PhD/Masters/Bachelors in respective subjects or Engineering or Mathematics or relevant field.
- Pedagogy expert in either of one of the subject. Ability to explain complex concepts in simple ways.
