1. Instructional Designer
Responsibilities
- Work with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to perform training needs analysis
- Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content
- Design and develop detailed storyboards
- Review process documents/SOPs and provide insights and suggestions to creators to ensure that all critical and relevant information is included and clearly defined
- Design instructor-led courses, online programs, web-based learning aids or products, and other programs as needed
- Develop soft skills content using innovative teaching techniques & tools like case studies, audios/videos components, role plays, activities/workshops, projects, evaluation methods, etc.
- Create and administer quizzes based on the training imparted to check learner comprehension
- Present content in a creative manner that makes the learning process simple and easy for the trainees
- Apply different instructional methodologies/theories to drive learning and enhanced retention thereby achieving training objectives
- Host and manage training content on the LMS
- Periodically refresh the training content to stay up-to-date on the latest policies and processes
- Monitor the effectiveness of the training program during the pilot and implement changes based on impact and user feedback to ensure continual improvement
- Stay updated on all emerging instructional technologies and make recommendations about when to adopt certain systems to continue to offer the best learning experience possible
2. Senior Officer - Design
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ability to conceptualize design ideas based on market opportunities & customer needs with real time and futuristic trend analysis & forecasting abilities
- In depth understanding of technical aspects of product development – Fabrics, patterns, trends, styling and construction, etc. - in Women’s Ethnic Wear
- Creating sketches based on seasonal concepts and rendering the same with appropriate color/prints
- Maintaining line sheets for seasonal range plans
- Responsible for creating detailed techpacks that illustrate design and construction details with high accuracy
- Collaborate with Buying and Sourcing teams for effective design development
- Conduct fitting sessions in collaboration with Tech team
- Fabric/print/surface design follow up and approvals
- Execute timely on seasonal calendar deadlines
- Contributing well researched ideas to support catalog and marketing for the brand.
Qualifications & Experience
- 1-3 years’ experience and Grad/Post-grad from NIFT/FMS
- Demonstrates high level aesthetics and creative ability with a strong understanding of Active lifestyle and Ethnic culture.
- Well rounded experience in Womenswear design specific to Ethnic category.
- Strong organisational skills and highly detail-oriented
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills - verbal. written and visual
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and calendars
- Ability to handle work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders and engage with senior leadership
- High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
3. Communication Coach
Responsibilities
- Need to build /evaluate our competency framework for our voice channels which include escalation desk and inbound.
- Build an evaluation framework to map the current competency of our escalation supervisors and inbound agents against the standard competency.
- Build training and coaching plan and execute the same to help our escalation supervisors and inbound agent move from where they are to when they are expected to be.
- Conduct periodic 'training need analysis & identification' on skill opportunities based on the data and inference shared by our quality team.
- Execute the training & coaching solutions on the areas of opportunity identified through classroom training or one on one coaching sessions.
- Should have the expertise to build training & coaching solutions to upskill our supervisors & agents on skills like empathy, mindfulness, listening, patience, resilience, persuasive skill, critical thinking, assertiveness etc.
- Monitor calls periodically to evaluate the progress of the supervisors and agents.
- Liaison with HR and hiring teams to set expectations on the required threshold on skills while hiring and suggest method & tools for evaluating the same.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and drive partners in executing the training solutions.
Required Skills
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in any discipline.
- Degree /Masters in English communications will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent verbal communication skill in Hindi
- Experience in leading activities for a change in ways of working.
- Experience in delivering classroom / virtual training and coaching session on soft-skills
- Experience in training and coaching customer service executives and escalation supervisors on soft skills will be an added advantage.
- Ability to lead and influence others.
- Should have basic excel skill and should be good at making PPTs.
- Certifications in soft skill training & instructional designing will be an added advantage.
4. Contract - Creative( UI/Visual Designer)
Roles & Responsibility
- Understand creative briefs from managers and transform them into design ideas / concepts
- Follow the Myntra visual / design language to extend ideas across consumer touch points
- Actively contribute to ideation sessions and improve / extend ideas into effective communication
- Develop innovative designs for internal documents, emailers and illustrations as well as support any internal communication / branding initiatives.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience across graphic design and illustration
- Prior experience in digital communication at creative agencies, online first brands, e-commerce industry, etc.
- Well versed in basic graphic design software - Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator etc.
- Good communication skills.
5. Associate- Image Editing (Project Boost)
Responsibilities
- Quality report calculation and management of editing teams
- Tracking month-on-month progress/dip and identifying issues/training needs
- Identify problems in the editing process, hampering issues and collaborating with VQC to correct the same
- There should be 2% incremental improvement in the FTP for the allocated Team.
- Conduct FTP meetings along with VQC’s and provide feedback to the team.
- FTP for OS, Ensuring all OS vendors are aware of editing techniques and expectations and FTP is>97%
- Training and developing of all OS vendors to align with our editing standards
- Track the overall outflow & Inflow and manage the Image Receiving TAT within the agreed Levels.
- Improvising on current guidelines and reducing colour correction return.
- Taking up projects to improve imagery and imagery related issues/processes, and improving productivity
- Proactive in suggesting changes and highlighting issues and coming up with solutions: Actual impact of projects
- Understands the BU and align priorities for his/her team, and how own role impacts the team’s goals and outcomes.
- Mentoring editing team on new benchmarks.
- Train and monitor low performing editors.
- Coordinate with VQCs & other stakeholders on quality check of editing.
