What is a Microjob?
A micro job is a temporary, task-type job of all types, often booked through the Internet. Work may included online or in-person jobs, such as writing blogs, virtual assistant, handyman, nanny, website design, dog boarding or errands, etc.
In the world of Internet, there are lots and lots of jobs like that which require humans itself to determine the results.
For example, If you have an image of a landscape or a tourist place, how do an advertising company choose it to be the best wallpaper for their advertisement? They need to know the user reaction and response from a pool of people before they conclude. Hence, they will post a small work for you to comment on that picture or give a rating for that. That's it! This is the work, but as it is comparatively small and silly we call them microjobs. There are lot's of such works required in the economy and business markets though we have enough computers. Some things that associate with the aesthetics and behaviours of humans, it is not that easy and practically possible to predict the outcome. So, big companies employ a big mass of people as the demo before they actually implement things.
