1. Business Development Executives (Freshers & Experienced)
Job Description
- Passionate Sales Individuals to review, analyse and evaluate the business system and user needs
- Parallelly involve in lead generations
- Manage the customers and partners
- Maintaining the Projects requirements.
Responsibilities
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Identify new market and new sales leads.
- Analyse client’s operations, needs, and business processes in order to map them properly with Odoo software services.
- Build and maintain good sales pipeline.
- Pitching for products and/or services.
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
- Developing quotes and proposals.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Prior experience in Software Sales will be added advantage.
- Knowledge on Odoo ERP Software will be added advantage.
- Preparations and sending quotations, cold calling, Appointment management etc will be added an advantage.

Requirements
- Good oral and written communication skills (English)
- Bachelor’s Degree / Masters.
- 0-6 years of sales experience, preferred in IT industry.
- Strong PC and good typing skills (MS Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc).
- Excellent interpersonal skills along with Maturity, Confidence, Perseverance, and Patience.
- Independent personality
- Good problem solving skill
2. Odoo Technical Consultant / Lead
Responsibilities
- Monitor and Provide detailed task planning, effort estimation, and progress tracking to the Project.
- Lead the team and support them for the development.
- Create & manage Sprint for the project development team and ensure daily scrum meetings with the development team for progress review.
- Prepare a sprint report and submit it to higher authority on a regular basis
- Closely work with ERP functional consultants/ Business Analysts to ensure the technical solution & its architecture to meet the requirements.
- Act as a Technical Point & Subject Matter Expert in ERP domains, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of ERP solutions & customization.
- Responsible for requirement analysis, time estimation, development, code review, testing, performance tuning, system stability and security, and on time deliverables.
- Coordinate and help the business analysts team to prepare the gap analysis and recommend the right solutions.
- Ensure the functional requests are fully understood by the technical development team for feasibility analysis, and get it done by the team to meet customer demands.
- Manage the development activities for Odoo ERP Customization, Code Migration, Data Migration & Import, Reports, Output Documents, ERP Functional Test/User Acceptance Test, Automation Test & Unit Test
- Work closely with Analysts in the design of solutions and enhancement.
Requirements
- 5+ years hands on Odoo ERP experience
- Independent thinking with keen problem-solving skills
- Extensive knowledge and understanding in Business processes & System architecture
- Must have good experience in gap analysis and find out the solution.
- Shall have worked in and having good functional knowledge on modules like Point of Sale, Inventory, eCommerce, Manufacturing, Accounting, Website etc.
- Must have good exposure in both community and enterprise edition.
- Sound knowledge of version control system tools like GitHub, GitLab, bitbucket etc.
- Ability to research, learn, troubleshoot and support Odoo ERP.
- Must have skills such as Python, XML, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, Less, SCSS, SASS etc.
- Must have technical knowledge on both Odoo frontend and backend.
Experience
- 5+ Years
Salary : 40K to 80K PM.
Location: Cyberpark, Calicut
3. Odoo Developer
Responsibilities
- Able to distinguish the requirements and propose good alternative solution to the customers.
- Design and develop odoo app (new module implementation and Customization)
- Technical understanding of existing functionality of all odoo modules
- Development of new functional business modules
- High-level user support
- Review the work done by team members and provide feedback, learn new technologies to provide pre-sales and support as and when required.
- Active participation and involvements in the odoo project and community
Requirements
- Complete understanding of Odoo ERP and open source concepts
- Good knowledge of Postgres SQL, Unix/Linux platform and also in Python/Django, Javascript, XML,HTML,CSS,Javascript, Bootstrap
- In depth knowledge of all the default Odoo modules
- Capable of working on Odoo framework on existing app and custom module
- Very good technical support skills
- Excellent logical & analytical skills
- Critical thinking & problem solving skills
- Team handling experience will be an added advantage
