An e-Commerce client in Hire Digital is looking for a Paid Media Associate who will be responsible for optimizing customer acquisition campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Own the optimization and continuous improvement of paid media channels.
- Develop an effective optimization process to quickly identify and respond to changes in performance.
- Proactively find new opportunities for growth and efficiency gains.
- Pull and analyze reports to extract insights and transform those insights into actionable changes that will accelerate performance.
- Research and leverage industry trends and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
- Coordinate closely with teammates, sharing learnings and best practices regularly, and applying proven tactics across the acquisition program.
- Communicate with Growth Marketing Leadership Team - sharing performance, insights, and new opportunities.
Requirements
- Previous performance marketing experience or similar role.
- Proven experience in conceptualizing content for performance marketing platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
- Deep familiarity with key acquisition channels mainly Facebook and Instagram.
- A good understanding of Facebook and Instagram Ads, affiliate marketing, and other performance marketing channels like App acquisition is a plus.
- Ability to thrive within fast-paced, high stakes but incredibly supportive Growth Marketing team.
- Possess a growth mindset: Live and breathe experimentation, data analysis, and ruthlessly prioritize for impact.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
