Job Positon : Data Analyst(Level 3)
Job Description
- The Data Analyst will work in ICQA to provide data and analytical support for upkeep of the inventory, root cause investigation of defects.
- Analyst will provide support to insure compliance.
- He/She will also look independently for carrying out analysis and running Queries from database.
- Launch for new projects / drive changes as per the latest requirement from time to time.
Responsibilities
- Development of data collection processes and data management systems
- Maintenance of data integrity (0% error rate)
- Designing of queries, compiling of data, and generation of reports in MS Access and Excel
- Charting and graphing of data for reporting purposes
- In depth research of defect trends
- Data collection and entry as needed
- Data mining and problem solving
- Back up for Site Quality manager
Basic Qualifications
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Access
- Experience with Unix tools
- Knowledge of Amazon systems and fulfillment center processes
- Graduation preferred
- Continued meeting or exceeding of department performance goals
