What is the job:
1. The client runs a web-based study-help platform where higher education students post their questions.
2. The SME is required to log into the platform and respond to/solve the students queries in real time.
3. Each query will take around 30 to 40 minutes to respond to, depending on the subject.
4. SMEs will be on-boarded to the system after clearing a client test.
5. SME responses will be periodically reviewed by the client; the student will also provide feedback on the response.
6. The SME should have good subject knowledge and written language skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Ideal academic background:
Accounting: CA (Final)
Finance: CFA (Level II or III) or MBA (Finance)
Physics, Chemistry, Statistics: PhD students
Note: Permanent work from home job.
