Job Description:
- To Review client requirements and guidelines. Prepare project related documents, templates, and update the same to in-house team.
- Should possess strong domain knowledge and act as a point of contact for their domain in case of any requirement.
- To provide the project specific training.
- To Review the content (Concepts, factual correctness, calculations, language, formatting styles, Etc.) Developed by in-house team and ensure that the content meets the high-quality standards.
- To Check and edit text thoroughly for correct grammar, punctuation, syntax, usage, style, format, consistency and client guidelines. Edit test questions and other assessment materials produced by in-house team.
- To perform editorial reviews of all types of content at all stages of production. Other responsibilities include raising queries, sharing timely feedback, working with teams & departments to ensure creating 100% error free content.
- To be available as a point of contact for tasks/projects allocated and provide detailed updates regarding the same.
- Should Act as a real mentor to subject experts and clear doubts/queries raised by them.
- To Prepare team production and performance report on daily basis and share with management. Should be able to analyse, suggest and implement improvement plans.
- Should be able to handle at a least a team of 15-20 experts.
- Should be able to work on multiple projects as per the requirement.
- Should have the ability to motivate the team to achieve their targets.
- To manage the day to-day operations with a team of QC & SME and meet the required service levels, quality and productivity.
- Conducting daily team hurdles.
