New applications for the post of Technical Assistant have been called for at Indian Institute of Toxicology Research (IITR) a division under Centre for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), Ministry of HUman Resource Development (MHRD), Govt of India.

Required Qualifications:
1. Technical Assistant (Biological Sciences) - 12 Posts
Required Eligibility: 1st Class B.Sc. (Sci) with biology as major subject and with one year full time professional qualification or one year experience in the relevant discipline from a recognized Institute/ Organization.
Job Requirement: To assist scientists in the research areas of biological sciences, animal house and T-08 testing facility
2. Technical Assistant (Biological Sciences) - 01 Post
Required Eligibility: 1 st Class B.Sc. (Sci) with biology as major subject and with one year full time professional qualification or one year experience in computer sciences (Graphic designing) from a recognized Institute/ Organization.
Job Requirement: To design the brochures, pamphlets, backdrops, etc. Using Corel Draw/Adobe Illustrator/similar software.
3. Technical Assistant (Chemical Sciences) - 12 Posts
Required Eligibility: 1 st Class B.Sc. (Sci) with Chemistry as major subject and with one year full time professional qualification or one year experience in the relevant discipline from a recognized Institute/ Organization.
Job Requirement: To assist scientists and carry out analysis of chemical samples in the analytical facility.
4. Technical Assistant (Statistics) - 02 Posts
Required Eligibility: 1 st Class B.Sc. (Maths/statistics) with one year full time professional qualification or one year experience in the relevant discipline from a recognized Institute/ Organization.
Job Requirement: To assist in data analysis using modern medical statistical tools and to strengthen on-going research programmes in the area of toxicology. Work with Statistical/epidemiological packages like SPSS/S or SAS or STATA/EPIINFO/Open epi etc.
5. Technical Assistant (Library Sciences) - 02 posts
Required Eligibility: 1 st Class B.Sc. (Science) with B.Lib. Science
Job Requirement: To assist in maintenance of institutional scientific library.
6. Technical Assistant (Civil Engineer) - 01 post
Required Eligibility: 1 st Class Diploma in Civil Engineering/Technology of at least 3 years full time duration or at least 2 years full time duration in case of lateral admission in Diploma courses or its equivalent with experience of two years in the relevant area/field.
Job Requirement: To assist Civil Engineer in planning of the civil work and maintenance of the building and laboratories as per re requirements of S&T.
7. Technical Assistant (Electrical Engineer) - 01 post
Required Eligibility: 1 st Class Diploma in Electrical Engineering/Technology of at least 3 years full time duration or at least 2 years full time duration in case of lateral admission in Diploma courses or its equivalent with experience of two years in the relevant area/field.
Job Requirement: To assist Electrical Engineer in assessing and planning the electrical requirements of the building and laboratories.
