Research Associate (RA-01)

Required qualifications (any one of the three):

1. Ph.D in cold atom based applications and related areas
2. First Class M. Sc in Physics/Laser Physics/ Atomic Physics with at least four years of research experience in the relevant field. 
3. First Class M.Tech in Physics/Laser Physics/ Atomic Physics with at least three years of research experience in the relevant field.

Job area: Cold Atom Generation, Cold Atom Manipulation (Theoretical / Experimental)

Research Associate (RA-02)

Required qualifications (any one of the three) :

1. Ph.D in Physics / Laser Physics with M. Sc in Physics/Laser Physics/Applied Physics
2. First Class M. Sc in Physics/Laser Physics/Applied Physics with at least four years of research experience in the relevant field. 
3. First Class M. Tech in Applied Optics/ Electronics/Applied Physics/ Laser Physics with at least three years of research experience in the relevant field.

Job area: Laser Physics

Research Associate (RA-03)

Required qualifications (any one of the three):

1. Ph.D in Computer Science / Data Science / Artificial Intelligence or Equivalent with specialization in Deep Learning / Machine Learning. 
2. First Class M. Sc in Computer Science / Computer Engineering with at least four years of research experience in Deep Learning / Artificial Learning / Machine Learning / Computer Vision. 
3. First Class M. Tech in Computer Science Engineering with at least three years of research experience in Deep Learning / Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence / Computer Vision.

Job area: Deep Learning / Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence / Computer Vision

Research Associate (RA-04)

Required qualification (any one of the two):

1. Ph.D in Physics /Applied Physics / Electronic Engg / Mechanical Engg / Nanoscience & Engg / Nanotechnology having research work in the area of design, fabrication, testing and packaging of MEMS devices / Semiconductor devices. 
2. First Class M. Tech in solid state technology / Optics / Solid state materials / Metallurgical and Materials Engg / Nanotechnology / Mechanical Engg / Electronics Engg with at least three years of research experience in the area of design, fabrication, testing and packaging of MEMS devices / Semiconductor devices.

Job area: MEMS device fabrication using micro fabrication technologies

Other details:

Salary: A monthly stipend of Rs. 54,000/-, HRA will be paid as per admissible rules.

The offer of award of Associateship will be purely on temporary basis for 2 years.

At the time of joining, candidate will be required to produce original educational qualifications certificates/testimonials along with one set of photo copies and 03 copies of recent passport size photographs. Ph.D. candidate is also required to carry their Dissertation/Thesis at the time of joining.

Upper age limit: 35 years for RA as on the date of interview. The upper age limit shall be relaxable to the candidates belonging for SC/ST (5 years relaxation) and OBC (3 years relaxation).
