Selected person's day-to-day responsibilities include solving students' academic doubts throughout their academic journey & ensure engagement throughout the academic year.
Other requirements:
1. We are seeking passionate people who can solve students' academic doubts
2. Proficient in at least 1 subject (JEE Level: physics )
3. Strong analytical, coordination, interpersonal, and communication (written & verbal) skills with an eye for detail
4. Good problem solving and decision-making skills to identify the problems and suggest the relevant solutions to resolve them
5. Ability to multi-task and work independently
6. Should be a team player
7. Should be able to manage time effectively and efficiently
8. Should be ready to learn and adapt to new challenges and changes
9. Should have good communication and listening skills
10. Should be empathetic in nature
11. Should have good interpersonal skills
12. Should have decision-making and problem-solving skills
