- We are looking for motivated researchers, who are passionate about control system and its applications, to work as a full time researcher with us.
- Looking for researchers in following area in control system: Nonlinear control; Design (control) and development of robotic/aerospace/mechanical systems like unmanned aerial vehicles, unmanned ground or rolling vehicles; control designed based on robot vision.
- External candidates associated with government laboratories and centers working in the area of control systems and its applications in robotics can also apply.

Once the last date for submission of applications (Sept. 30, 2020) is over, the departments will publish a shortlist of candidates who are qualified to appear for the interview on or before Oct. 16, 2020. Due to the serious situation that exists in the country which makes travelling impossible, there will not be any test for the shortlisted candidates, but only an interview, which will be conducted through only video conferencing. There could be multiple rounds of interviews, if necessary.
If you are shortlisted, you will be required to submit a statement of purpose (SOP) in support of your application in about 500 words in pdf format on or before October 23rd. If you do not submit this SOP, it will be assumed that you are not interested in the admission, and your application will not be considered further.

Students who are selected for admission will need to pay the fees appropriate for a day scholar to ensure admission. On such payment, they will be given provisional admission. They are expected to take the provisional admission, and will have a faculty member as supervisor, and they will need to start attending the courses, which as of now are completely online. They will be eligible for their fellowships starting from the date of start of the semester or an earlier date (the date will be announced , later), but they will be paid the fellowship as arrears when they join physically.
